| Property Description |
The only positive attribute is its location, which is walking distance from the ocean. However, the picures are very deceiving. We booked a 4-person room and received a small room with 2 double beds, one of which had a broken frame and headboard. There were no towels, toilet paper, or soap in the bathroom. There was hair in the sink and around the bottom of the toilet. I saw a variety of insects, including roaches, dragonflies, ants, and even a dead lizard in the shower. In addition, the dresser had 2 missing drawers, the safe was non-functionable, the blow dryer was broken, the tv only had 2 working stations, and there was water dripping from the ceiling directly over one of the beds. Oh yeah dust and mildew everywhere, even in the mini fridge. No parking, baggage service, or airport shuttle. Even one of the elevators was broken for several hours. Terrible customer service. |
